- To explore the reasons for incorporating pupil voice in your teaching and school decision making
- To address the barriers that might reduce the impact of pupil voice
- To practise some key techniques for sampling pupil voice
- To raise awareness of supporting resources
- To develop a case for pupil voice in developing leadership and communication skills to present in school
- To provide teachers with a set of tools and approaches to develop pupils leadership skills
