CDEC is calling out to all previous and current practitioners and students of Philosophy for Children (P4C) in Cumbria to tell their story as the organisation prepares to celebrate 25 years of P4C in the county.
2019 marks the 25th anniversary of the first P4C training and delivery in Cumbria. We would like to mark this milestone and take the opportunity to think about where we go next with P4C and global citizenship in Cumbria.
The Cumbrian Connection
As an organisation, CDEC has been involved with training, delivering and believing in the P4C approach since those early days; it underpins our approach to global learning, citizenship and ‘think global, act local’.
If you have a connection with P4C and Cumbria, whether you encountered the approach while you were at school pupil, as a student teacher or, are or were a practitioner, we would love to know how P4C has shaped you, both professionally and personally.
The transformational power of P4C
Our initial plan is to celebrate P4C’s impact by sharing your feedback and experiences through our social media platforms and newsletter.
We’d also like to know from you how else we might celebrate and grow the practice of P4C in Cumbria.
If you would like to share your experiences and ideas, please follow this link to complete a few questions.
